All products and services offered by Manny’s Golf are Digital products created after years of research and personal teaching experience by Coach Maninder Singh Sekhon- Topmost Level-A Certified Instructor from NGAI body of CPG EUROPE, based on coaching Hundreds of golfers, extensive real-world testing globally in India, Dubai and Hongkong, and Manny's professional expertise and intense passion to make golf learning -Fast and efficient with Maximum Clarity.
These teaching modules are Intellectual property of company Mannysgolf and once our Private Youtube link access is granted on your given email id after payment , the product is considered as Delivered and Consumed.
Therefore: Once you receive access to the video modules and private YouTube link, NO REFUND will be provided under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to): Change of mind ,Lack of time to practice Dissatisfaction with results,Personal expectations and Skill level mismatch By purchasing, you agree that this is a Non-Refundable Digital Product, Delivered via third party Youtube channel Link.
2. Video Access Duration & Platform Dependency- VERY IMPORTANT -READ CAREFULLY
We only guarantee 60 days access to the private YouTube video content after you receive the link post payment. So kindly finish watching the videos and make your permanent Lesson notes in given 60 days, which you can refer back in future. After 60 days period, we do not take any responsibility in case videos are taken down by Youtube and there is NO REFUND once you cross 60 days period. If this rare case happens within your 60 days period, reach out to us, we will either find new way to deliver you videos or we will refund your money.
Mannysgolf has no intent of removing videos themselves as we ourselves want our clients to enjoy the videos as long as possible. Clients may continue to have access beyond 60 days as long as the content remains available on our YouTube channel, as we will never remove it from our side and keep it as long as youtube allows us to and the client follows our no link sharing policy strictly given in our NDA agreement. YouTube is a third-party platform, and its policies may change in the future and in rare case our videos can get removed. Manny’s Golf is not responsible for any changes made by YouTube as it has no control over its policies.
Limited Refund / Replacement – Technical Issues Only
Refunds or alternative access will be considered only in the following rare technical cases:
1. Non-Receipt of Access Link
Always check the product link in your other email folders also like promotions,social and spam folder.
If you do not receive the private YouTube link on your email after successful payment due to a technical issue, you must contact: 📩 mannysgolf@gmail.com
We will resend the correct access link within a reasonable time.
2. Video Removal by YouTube (Rare Event)
We give you 60 days video guarantee on our Private Youtube channel.
If YouTube removes our videos or access becomes unavailable due to:
Platform policy changes
Channel restrictions
Third-party technical issues
And this happens before completion of the guaranteed minimum 60 days access, Manny’s Golf will provide one of the following, at our discretion:
A new private access link, or
Alternative delivery via Google Drive or secure cloud transfer, or
A Refund on pro-rata basis calculated as per 60 days guaranteed video providing clause, Will be provided in 14 days, once our case officer gives clearance confirming our youtube channel issue.

STRICTLY -No Refund for User Misuse
No refund or replacement will be given if access is lost due to:
Sharing the private link
Recording or downloading videos
Copyright or NDA violation
Account misuse
In such cases, access is permanently terminated with no liability on Manny’s Golf as we monitor Youtube Link usage by every Client.
