This Digital Content NDA & Usage Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Manny's Golf (mannysgolf.com), operated by Maninder Singh Sekhon ("Company / Coach"), and The Client / User ("You / User"). By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and legally agreed to all terms mentioned below.

1. Confidential Digital Content

All video content, tutorials, swing models, drills, theories, explanations, and materials provided are confidential, proprietary, copyrighted intellectual property. Content is strictly for personal learning only.

2. STRICT PROHIBITION – NO SHARING

You will NOT share the private YouTube link, forward it, allow account access, post online, sell, rent, or distribute in any form. Sharing with even one person is a serious legal violation.

3. NO DOWNLOAD / NO RECORD / NO RESELL

You will NOT download, screen record, capture, store, upload, re-edit, reuse, resell, or redistribute content. Such actions are copyright infringement and digital piracy.

4. Active Monitoring & Enforcement

Usage may be monitored. If misuse is detected, access will be terminated, no refund given, and legal action including financial damages may be initiated.

5. Legal Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in civil action, copyright claims, financial compensation, court injunction, business loss recovery, and permanent ban.

6. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer (YouTube)

Access is via YouTube. Minimum 60 days access is guaranteed. After 60 days, availability depends on platform policies. Manny's Golf is not responsible after 60 days for third-party actions.

7. Technical Exception Within 60 Days

If link is not received or videos are removed within 60 days, contact mannysgolf@gmail.com for new link, Google Drive access, or refund. After 60 days, no claims are entertained.

8. No Ownership Transfer

This agreement does not transfer ownership. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable viewing license only.

9. Binding Legal Agreement

This NDA is legally binding, enforceable under Indian law, internationally applicable, and valid even after access expires.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under Indian courts only.

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I understand this is confidential copyrighted material
• I will not share, record, download, or misuse anything
• I understand the legal consequences
• I accept all terms without coercion
• I agree to be legally bound by this NDA
