All products and services offered by Manny’s Golf are Digital products created after years of research and personal teaching experience by Coach Maninder Singh Sekhon, based on coaching thousands of golfers, extensive real-world testing globally in India, Dubai and Hongkong, and Mannys professional expertise and intense passion to make golf learning Fast with Maximum Clarity. 

These teaching modules are Intellectual property of company Mannysgolf and once our private  

 

Youtube link access is granted on your given email id after payment , the product is considered Delivered and Consumed. 

Therefore: 

Once you receive access to the video modules and private YouTube link, NO Refund will be provided under any circumstances. 

This includes (but is not limited to): 

  • Change of mind 

  • Lack of time to practice 

  • Dissatisfaction with results 

  • Personal expectations 

  • Skill level mismatch

Limited Refund / Replacement – Technical Issues Only 

Refunds or alternative access will be considered only in the following rare technical cases: 

1. Non-Receipt of Access Link 

If you do not receive the private YouTube link on your email after successful payment due to a technical issue within 24 hours, you must contact:

We will resend the correct access link within a reasonable time.  

 

 

 

2. Video Removal by YouTube (Rare Event) 

 

We give you 60 days video guarantee on our Private Youtube channel. 

If YouTube removes our videos or access becomes unavailable due to: 

  • Platform policy changes 

  • Channel restrictions 

 

  • Third-party technical issues 

And this happens before completion of the guaranteed minimum 60 days access, Manny’s Golf will provide one of the following, at our discretion: 

  • A new private access link, or 

  • Alternative delivery via Google Drive or secure cloud transfer, or 

  • A Refund on pro-rata basis calculated as per 60 days guaranteed video providing clause, Will be provided in 14 days, once our case officer gives clearance confirming our youtube channel issue.

No Refund for User Misuse 

No refund or replacement will be given if access is lost due to: 

  • Sharing the private link 

  • Recording or downloading videos 

  • Copyright or NDA violation 

  • Account misuse 

In such cases, access is permanently terminated with no liability on Manny’s Golf as we montor Youtube Link usage by every Client.
