Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any services or products from Manny’s Golf (mannysgolf.com), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this website or purchase any product or service.

About the Coach & Credentials

All coaching services are provided by Maninder Singh Sekhon, a Level A Certified Golf Coach from the National Golf Academy of India (CPG Europe).

Coach Manny has over 10 years of professional teaching experience, having coached golfers globally and worked with international golf academies in Dubai and Hong Kong.

Services Provided

Manny’s Golf provides the following digital services:

• Pre-recorded online golf tutorial courses

• Private YouTube video-based programs

• Swing improvement systems

• Digital learning materials

• One-to-one online coaching via Zoom

All services are delivered digitally through mannysgolf.com.

Digital Product Delivery

After successful payment:

• The client receives a private YouTube link to the course

• An invoice is sent to the registered email ID

• Access is provided instantly or within a reasonable technical timeframe

This is a digital product, not a physical service.

Access Duration & Platform Dependency

We guarantee a minimum of 60 days access to the private YouTube video content.

Clients may continue to have access beyond 60 days as long as the content remains available on our YouTube channel and the client follows all copyright policies.

YouTube is a third-party platform, and its policies may change in the future. Manny’s Golf is not responsible for any changes made by YouTube.

Refund Policy – Digital Product & Technical Exceptions

This is a digital product created after years of research and Manny’s personal teaching experience, developed after coaching thousands of golfers and testing these methods.

Once you receive access to the private YouTube link, no refund will be provided.

Refunds or alternate delivery will only be considered in rare technical cases, such as:

• You did not receive the YouTube link by email

• YouTube removes the videos from our channel

In such cases, the client may email mannysgolf@gmail.com, and we will either:

• Send a new working link

• Provide the videos via Google Drive or another cloud transfer

• Issue a refund if the content cannot be delivered within 60 days

No refunds will be provided after successful access based on dissatisfaction, results, or learning speed.

Health, Fitness & Injury Disclaimer

Golf coaching involves physical movement and exercise.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are physically fit to practice golf

• You have no serious medical or injury conditions that restrict physical activity

Manny’s Golf is not responsible for any injury, pain, strain, or physical damage resulting from practicing golf techniques, following swing models, or performing drills.

If you have any existing injury, medical condition, or physical limitation, you must consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting.

Results Disclaimer

Results depend on several factors, including learning ability, discipline, practice time, golf skills, and physical coordination.

We provide high-quality professional coaching content and guidance. However, this is not a magic product, and we do not guarantee overnight transformation or identical results for every client.

Most clients see improvement within 30–60 days if they practice regularly and follow the drills.

Results vary from client to client. No refund will be provided based on results, learning speed, or expectations.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All videos, content, drills, theories, text, graphics, and training materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Manny’s Golf and Maninder Singh Sekhon.

You may not download, record, copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, share, screen-record, or publish any part of the content without written permission.

NDA, Monitoring & Content Protection

All clients agree to a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

We actively monitor usage of our private YouTube links.

You are strictly prohibited from sharing the private link, giving access to others, recording videos, downloading content, or redistributing the material.

If misuse is detected, your access may be permanently banned and legal action may be taken.

Originality of Teaching Content

All theories, swing models, drills, and teaching systems are developed by Maninder Singh Sekhon based on years of coaching experience and international academy work.

The content is not copied from any other coach. Any resemblance to other teaching methods is purely coincidental.

One-to-One Online Coaching (Zoom)

Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes. Late joining will reduce the available session time.

Once a session is booked, it cannot be rescheduled, canceled, or refunded.

Clients must ensure proper internet connectivity, as Manny’s Golf is not responsible for internet issues, device problems, or power failures.

Clients must send front-view swing video, back-view swing video, and improvement goals at least 24 hours before the session via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram.

Recording Zoom sessions is not allowed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Manny’s Golf is not liable for injuries, loss of data, financial loss, performance expectations, emotional dissatisfaction, or technical issues from third-party platforms.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as YouTube, Zoom, payment gateways, and email providers.

Manny’s Golf is not responsible for changes, downtime, or policies of these platforms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, block access, or take legal action if any policies are violated.

Payment & Security

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Manny’s Golf does not store credit card or banking details.

Privacy

We collect only the necessary information required to deliver our services and do not sell or misuse personal data.

Force Majeure

Manny’s Golf is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, internet outages, government restrictions, or platform shutdowns.
